The Second Pentacle of the Sun — Key of Solomon

This pentacle originates from the legendary grimoire of King Solomon, revered across Western occult traditions as a seal of supreme solar power. The Second Pentacle channels the Sun's tempering force—governing the humbling of pride, the suppression of arrogance, and the restoration of sacred equilibrium. The sacred geometry inscribed within serves as a spiritual contract, invoking solar intelligence to subdue the inflated ego of spiritual forces and mortal alike, compelling all things toward rightful order and humility before the divine.

Magical Application & Ritual Use

Wear this talisman to suppress pride—whether in spirits you work with, in adversaries who overstep, or within yourself when ego threatens to obscure clarity. The pendant acts as a constant energetic anchor, aligning your consciousness with the Sun's corrective authority. Before wearing, hold the seal and state your intention clearly—whether for subduing arrogant forces, restoring balance in a relationship or situation, or cultivating inner humility as a spiritual discipline. Many practitioners charge the pentacle under sunlight or during the hour of the Sun (typically Sunday morning) to activate its full potency. The dual-sided engraving allows personalization: inscribe your name or sigil on the front to claim the seal's power, and a date or affirmation on the back to mark your magical commitment.

Integration into Practice

Incorporate this pentacle into daily meditation, altar work, or carry it when navigating power struggles, difficult personalities, or spiritual encounters requiring firm but measured authority. Its energy is especially suited for practitioners working in ceremonial magic who need to keep summoned forces in check. Its durable gold-plated stainless steel construction ensures longevity through repeated energetic work and ritual use.
