The Sixth Pentacle of Jupiter — Key of Solomon

This pentacle originates from the legendary grimoire of King Solomon, revered across Western occult traditions as a seal of Jovian power. The Sixth Pentacle of Jupiter is the most explicitly protective of the seven Jupiter seals—and among the most direct in its promise. The grimoire states that one who gazes upon it devoutly each day and recites its surrounding scripture shall be preserved from all earthly dangers, adding: “Thus thou shalt never perish.” Inscribed within the seal are the names of the four elemental rulers—Seraph, Kerub, Ariel, and Tharsis—whose combined authority spans all domains of the physical world, making this a seal of comprehensive protection across every earthly dimension.

Magical Application & Ritual Use

Wear this talisman as a daily protective seal against the full range of physical and worldly dangers—accidents, threats, hazards of travel, and the unpredictable risks of material life. Unlike the more ceremonially specific Jupiter seals, this one is designed for sustained, everyday use: the grimoire prescribes daily contemplation of the seal and recitation of its scripture as the method of activation and maintenance. Before wearing, hold the seal and recite its intention clearly—calling upon Seraph, Kerub, Ariel, and Tharsis to extend their protection across all four elemental domains of your life. Many practitioners charge the pentacle during the hour or day of Jupiter (Thursday) to align with its full potency. The dual-sided engraving allows personalization: inscribe your name or sigil on the front to claim the seal’s power, and a date or affirmation on the back to mark your magical commitment.

Integration into Practice

Incorporate this pentacle into daily wear as a permanent protective anchor—carry it during travel, wear it through periods of heightened physical risk, or use it as the foundational protective seal in any working that requires the body and material circumstances to be held safe. Among the Jupiter pentacles, this is the one most suited to continuous, everyday use rather than specific ritual operations. Its durable gold-plated stainless steel construction ensures longevity through repeated energetic work and ritual use.
