This complete reference guide maps every chakra to its colors, primary crystals, and how to use them effectively.
How Colors and Crystals Support Chakra Work
Colors and crystals work through resonance — the principle that specific frequencies of light (colors) and specific crystalline structures (crystals) vibrate at frequencies that correspond to specific chakras. This is not metaphor; color is literally frequency (different wavelengths of light), and crystals have measurable electromagnetic properties. Whether the mechanism is purely physical, energetic, or psychological, the practical effect is that working with the corresponding color or crystal amplifies and supports the chakra's function.
