- Hold the rose quartz to your heart and visualize your inner masculine and feminine meeting, embracing, uniting
- Commit to one practice for the next lunar cycle that cultivates your deficient principle:
- If you need more masculine: Set a bold goal and take daily action toward it
- If you need more feminine: Practice receiving without reciprocating, allow yourself to be supported
- Journal weekly about your integration process, noting how balancing both principles affects your creativity, relationships, and sense of wholeness
