Salt is the receptive, feminine principle—the body that receives and holds. In the Three Principles, salt is the material vessel that contains sulfur (soul) and mercury (spirit), the crystalline structure that gives form. Salt is the "I AM HERE" that grounds.

Best Practices:

• Recommended: When feeling ungrounded or unstable
• Best time: Evening, after transformation work, grounding
• Pair with: Physical work, eating, rest, earth connection
• Note: Salt without sulfur becomes inert matter
